As a personal trainer, fitness has never just been my career, it’s a lifestyle I live every day. Over time, I worked with people at all stages of their fitness journeys and I kept seeing the same thing… People want to take better care of themselves, but supplements often feel confusing, overcomplicated, and hard to fit into everyday life.

That’s why I created Fitglo: to make taking care of yourself feel simple and doable. Fitglo is personal to me. It’s built from years of training, listening, and living this lifestyle myself. I wanted to create products I would actually use, recommend to my clients, and feel proud to put my name behind. I believe taking care of your body isn’t about perfection.
